		<description>@ Mike, no that isn&#039;t normal.  Is it a new(er) phone?  Sometimes simple bugs can be fixed by pulling the battery out and rebooting the device.  If this doesn&#039;t work and you continually have issues I would call 611 (free customer care call) and see if it&#039;s covered under a warranty exchange and ask for a new one.  I used a few Blackberry pearl models but never ran into that.</description>
